So you picked up a jar of your favorite Beer Kissed goodie, and now you're looking for inventive ways to enjoy it. Well look no further, food lover! We have a passion for pairing, both in the products we make, and in how we use them. Read on for some scrumptious ideas.

Raspberry Lambic Caramel Sauce

Paired with goat cheese

Step 1: Find your favorite soft goat cheese. Don't have a favorite? We LOVE Cypress Grove cheese, and recommend their Bermuda Triangle (or Humboldt Fog or Ms. Natural fresh chevre or ... ). 

Step 2: Grab some nice, light-in-flavor crackers. We also love black peppered crackers, it adds just the right amount of edge! We like the Carr's Black Pepper Water Crackers.

Step 3: Place some of that delicious goat cheese on a cracker. Take a spoonful of room temperature Raspberry Lambic Caramel Sauce and drizzle generously over the cheese.

Step 4: Repeat above steps, and enjoy!

Honey Basil Ale Caramel Sauce

Paired with chicken wings

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F.

Step 2: Toss chicken wings in olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and ground coriander.

Step 3: Spread wings on a sheet pan. Bake wings for 40-50 minutes, until cooked through and skin is crispy.

Step 4: While wings are baking, gently warm Honey Basil Ale Caramel Sauce in a small sauce pan.

Step 5: When wings are cooked through, toss in warm Honey Basil Ale Caramel Sauce.

Step 6: Return wings to oven on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until sauce is glossy.

Step 7: Eat and enjoy!

Scotch Porter Caramel Sauce

Paired with s'mores

Step 1: Prepare all the fixin's for a delightful s'more. You already have a favorite marshmallow roasting technique, and may even pre-melt your chocolate on the bottom graham cracker. Do your thing!

Step 2: Before adding the top graham cracker, drizzle some Scotch Porter Caramel Sauce over those perfect marshmallows.

Step 3: Make a big ol' mess enjoying the best s'more EVER.
